A match can look at role skills, work you have added and the preferences you selected. We show the reasons with the percentage so you can judge it for yourself.
Skill Proof and interviews are different pieces of information. A recruiter can review both, and they can disagree with a recommendation.
Things like focus changes can be shown to a reviewer as context. They do not automatically lower a skill score or prove that someone cheated.
Verifying a repository or deployment shows that someone controls it. Project Defence checks how well they understand the project. Neither one proves who wrote every contribution.
