Across the Web finds the opportunity. The extension brings your saved profile, answers and selected résumé to the employer’s application. You review and submit it there.

Install the invited beta

Chrome 120 or later. Requires an invited, verified ClockIN account. This website handoff needs extension version 0.7.0 or later.

Download Chrome extension

Extract the downloaded ZIP into a permanent folder.
In Chrome, open chrome://extensions, enable Developer mode, then choose Load unpacked and select that folder. Reload it after an update.
Pin ClockIN from Chrome’s extensions menu. No Git, Node.js or local server is needed.

Your application in four steps

On Across the Web, choose Apply with ClockIN.
Select a résumé you saved in Resume Studio and connect the extension to the same ClockIN account.
Choose Open application with ClockIN. On the employer’s page, click ClockIN in Chrome’s toolbar, then Fill application.
Review missing answers and the attachment. Submit on the employer’s website, then record your outcome in My Applications.

What autofill can do

Supported native form patterns include Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable and SmartRecruiters, plus recognizable HTML forms. Employer customizations, account sign-in, CAPTCHA and uncertain questions need your input. The toolbar click gives ClockIN access to that chosen page.

The invited beta does not automatically submit employer applications. One-click test submissions and automatic batches run only against controlled local fixtures. Application tracking distinguishes your report from verified employer confirmation.

The extension uses the profile, answers and résumé saved in your ClockIN account after consent. Connections last at most one hour; reconnect after expiry or restarting Chrome. Form values already filled remain visible to the employer page. Manage connections from My Applications.
