Updated 27 September 2026. These rules apply to Feed, Discuss, Spaces, profiles, public projects, comments, messages, opportunity content and other member-created surfaces.
Disagreement, criticism, jokes and ordinary profanity are not automatically violations. Do not turn them into targeted harassment, threats, slurs, sexual harassment, stalking, brigading or repeated unwanted contact.
Do not attack or degrade people based on protected or sensitive characteristics. Do not use ClockIN to encourage exclusion, violence or discriminatory hiring or professional decisions.
Do not upload, request, link to, distribute or sexualize child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, grooming material or exploitative imagery. ClockIN may remove content, restrict access, preserve relevant records and take other steps required for safety or applicable law.
Do not post pornography, explicit sexual imagery, graphic gore, self-harm encouragement or other media that is unsuitable for a professional network. New public video uploads may be disabled while ClockIN's moderation coverage remains image-focused.
Do not threaten credible violence, encourage another person to harm themselves, provide instructions intended to facilitate serious wrongdoing, or use the platform to coordinate dangerous conduct.
Do not impersonate another person or organization, post fake or ghost roles, solicit credentials or money deceptively, manipulate candidates, misrepresent pay or opportunities, or use ClockIN for phishing, malware or fraud.
Do not dox people, publish private contact or identity information without authorization, share confidential employer/client material, upload private recordings without the necessary permission, or use another person's data for spam or unrelated targeting.
Only publish work, files, screenshots, credentials and evidence you are entitled to use. Do not pass off another person's work as your own, fabricate Skill Proof or Project Proof evidence, or intentionally misstate your contribution.
Do not mass-post repetitive content, manipulate reactions or reports, create coordinated fake engagement, scrape people at abusive scale, bypass rate limits, or automate activity in ways that degrade the service.
Members can report supported content and accounts. ClockIN can use automated rules, language and image moderation, report signals and human review. Actions can include warnings, temporary hiding, reach or feature limits, removal, suspension or account termination. Automated moderation can be imperfect, so serious or disputed cases may receive human review.
If you believe content or an account action was handled incorrectly, contact ClockIN with the relevant link or reference and context. Safety enforcement is not intended to suppress good-faith criticism, reporting, education, professional discussion or contextually appropriate discussion merely because it contains a sensitive term.
Use the in-product report option where available. For serious safety concerns or an appeal, use Contact & Grievance or email info@goclockin.com.
