Job Purpose: Serve as a key business analyst supporting the design and delivery of global sales systems and processes. This role is accountable for translating business needs into detailed system requirements, epics, user stories, and use cases. The analyst will work closely with Sales, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure that platform enhancements and new capabilities are well-defined, prioritised, and aligned to business goals. Use Case Development: Create detailed use cases and process flows to support solution design and user experience improvements. Backlog Management: Partner with Product Owners and IT to manage the backlog, prioritise features, and support sprint planning and refinement sessions.
