LRN is seeking a detail-oriented and delivery-focused Professional Services Project Lead to join our Professional Services team within the global Delivery Function. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of Library Content Customization and Translation entitlements , ensuring high-quality execution of client-specific requirements across courses, PDFs, and other learning assets. The PSPM will bring strong project management expertise to drive execution excellence, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to SLAs and quality standards. Manage delivery of content customization and translation projects across formats such as eLearning courses, PDFs, and PPTs. Own planning, scheduling, and tracking of deliverables in line with defined SLAs and client commitments. Apply strong project mana gement practices (planning, risk management, dependency tracking, prioritization) to ensure predictable delivery. Coordinate execution across internal teams (Content, QA, Technology, Vendors) to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Ensure quality control across all deliverables, including language accuracy, formatting, and functional integrity. Track and manage project progress, proactively identifying risks, delays, and dependencies. Stakeholder Management & Communication Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and, where required, client stakeholders for project updates and clarifications. Drive clear and proactive communication on timelines, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs. Manage escalations effectively, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to delivery.
