We are seeking a highly experienced Project Lead with 15+ years of experience in managing large-scale construction, real estate, infrastructure, or engineering projects. The role will be responsible for providing strategic leadership across the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery in terms of scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and stakeholder expectations. The Project Lead will drive project execution, manage cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary interface between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Lead end-to-end project execution from planning through commissioning and handover. Develop and implement project execution strategies aligned with business and client objectives. Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Provide leadership and direction to multidisciplinary project teams. Oversee project schedules, resource plans, procurement plans, and project milestones. Monitor project performance and drive corrective actions where required. Establish project governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms. Manage project risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and senior management. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
