As a Senior Staff Engineer, you’ll operate across multiple teams and technical domains, taking ownership of some of our most challenging engineering problems. You’ll combine deep hands-on coding with architecture, system thinking, and technical leadership to build scalable, reliable, and intelligent platforms that create meaningful impact in healthcare. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, AI, and other technical leaders to turn ambiguous problems into simple, scalable, and durable solutions. You’ll influence architecture and engineering direction, raise the technical bar, and help teams move faster without compromising engineering quality. We’re looking for exceptional builders and technical leaders who are energized by hard problems, challenge assumptions, thrive in ambiguity, and have a strong bias toward ownership and action. You’ll be expected to use AI coding agents and the AI Development Life Cycle (AIDLC) as an integral part of your engineering practice—and help other engineers adopt these practices effectively. Own and drive large, cross-team technical initiatives from problem definition and architecture through implementation, deployment, and production. Design and build highly scalable, resilient, secure, and maintainable full-stack and distributed systems. Solve complex technical problems that cross service, product, platform, and organizational boundaries. Remain deeply hands-on—designing, coding, debugging, reviewing, and improving production systems.
