Work closely with project managers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment with business objectives. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies — particularly the fast-moving AI developer tooling landscape (coding agents, MCP-based toolchains, agentic workflows) — and guide the team on best practices. Collaborate to solve complex technical challenges and make informed decisions on technology stack, architecture, and where AI meaningfully accelerates delivery. Ensure robust testing processes that keep quality high even as AI accelerates code generation — with the human review bar rising, not falling. Implement and enforce coding standards, code reviews, and practices that hold AI-generated and human-written code to the same standard. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, UX/UI, QA) to ensure seamless integration of components. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and leadership, providing regular updates on status, challenges, and successes.
