Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers through code reviews, design discussions, documentation, and knowledge sharing. Drive best practices in software architecture, coding standards, automated testing, agile development, and continuous integration. Design and optimize RESTful APIs, relational database schemas, queries, and distributed system components. Improve system reliability and operational excellence through monitoring, metrics, alerting, observability, and proactive risk management. Participate in production support and on-call rotations, ensuring timely incident resolution and continuous system improvement. Evaluate and implement appropriate technologies, tools, and architectural patterns to improve scalability, performance, and maintainability. Leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly while adhering to organizational policies and engineering standards. Promote effective communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams. 15–18 years of hands-on software engineering experience , with strong expertise in full-stack application development. Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot , including experience with related Spring frameworks, ORM tools, and enterprise application development.
