Lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements, with a strong focus on system integrations and data exchange. Understand end-to-end finance processes and align SAP FICO solutions with the Global Finance Core Platform and broader business objectives. Design and document API interfaces, particularly using OData protocols, to enable seamless communication between SAP and external applications. Define project scope, develop functional specifications, and translate business requirements into clear integration requirements. Prepare SDLC-compliant system design documents, ensuring traceability, maintainability, and adherence to architecture standards. Apply knowledge of integration patterns, middleware technologies, reusable components, and SAP/non-SAP integration landscapes. Collaborate with developers, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to design and implement effective integration solutions. Document new and modified integration interfaces, data flows, and system changes. Support application testing, implementation, user training, and post-implementation activities. Conduct quality reviews of deliverables associated with projects and change requests. Provide expert consultancy to Finance teams on SAP FICO capabilities and integration solutions. Ensure data security, compliance, data integrity, and customer-centricity are incorporated into solution designs. Manage day-to-day work prioritization in collaboration with business stakeholders across multiple workstreams. Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing, capability development, and team effectiveness.
