Support technical product definition and development activities from concept evaluation to Design Phase. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately understood, documented, and implemented. Create, maintain, and update Customer Requirement Specifications (CRS) and related system documentation throughout the product development lifecycle. Gather, analyze, and translate customer and market requirements into clear technical product specifications. Work closely with customers to understand the real pain points and support the development of customer-focused product solutions. Develop strong system know-how to identify emerging application trends and support the evaluation of future product opportunities. Contribute to innovation activities by collaborating with research institutions, supporting proof-of-concept projects, evaluating relevant publications and patents, and participating in technical conferences. Conduct technical competitive analysis in collaboration with Application Engineering and Product Marketing Management. Close collaboration with Design Engineering during NPI Projects to ensure an efficient and effective Product Definition Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. 2+ years of professional experience in semiconductor industry or related fields. Passion for semiconductor technologies and emerging market trends with a desire to contribute to future product generations. Customer-oriented team player with a proactive mindset, strong collaboration skills, and a results-oriented approach. Understanding of sensor applications in industrial, automotive, medical and consumer markets. Experience with MEMS based pressure sensing technologies is highly desirable. Fluent English co
