To partner with the business managing and interpreting business data and critical performance indicators, while translating the latest business trends into accurate forecasts, providing financial and strategic support to ensure that business decisions are appropriately based on accurate and reliable metrics and financial information for competitive advantage. Facilitate development of standardized definitions of master data and KPIs for effective data management, while seeking to improve or automate wherever possible Collects and synthesizes information from a variety of stakeholders within the standards of legal compliance Work with operations, partner management and business teams to provide analyse and report plans vs actuals on regular basis; Present entity performance dashboards, conduct variance analysis and support action planning Run predictive analytics and data modelling for improved business outcomes based on inventory analysis, buyer trends, campaign analysis, commodity and exchange market trends etc. Drive analysis of cost and pricing trends and articulate related cause and effect to business teams Routinely communicate business unit and company consolidated financial and operational performance trends, historical and forecasted, using appropriate metrics Assist in concocting proposals related to changes in policies and guidelines, ensure new policies and guidelines are being followed and implemented Analyse business programs and transactional data using statistical methods to identify causal relationships and trends Ensure compliance to global, state, and central government reporting and filing requirements and support the functional excellence team with relevant inputs Adhere to relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and in
