Functional Area: Technology / Enabling Functions – Technical Program Management As a Manager – Program Management for International Expansion, you will play a pivotal role in driving Paytm’s global footprint and international expansion initiatives. You will act as the single point of ownership for coordinating complex, multi-country rollouts, aligning internal technology, product, legal, compliance, and business teams with external partners and regulatory stakeholders. In this high-visibility role, you will be responsible for orchestrating end-to-end product and tech program delivery across international markets (such as Indonesia and Europe/Luxembourg), ensuring roadmap execution, and issue resolution across cross-functional teams. International Program Governance: Lead end-to-end programme management for international launches (e.g., Luxembourg and European expansion), defining milestones, governance frameworks, and driving operational readiness across internal and external stakeholders. Product & Tech Coordination: Oversee roadmap planning and development delivery for international markets (e.g., Indonesia), aligning engineering, product, and business goals to deliver robust market-specific solutions. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Orchestration: Bring together internal engineering, product, legal, finance, risk, and compliance teams alongside external banking, regulatory, and corporate partners to streamline expansion workflows.
