Employer description & source details
Develop, update, and manage hydraulic models for water distribution and sewerage collection systems. Perform network analysis for pressure, flow, velocity, storage, pumping, and system capacity assessments. Conduct model calibration and validation using field data, SCADA records, flow monitoring, and operational data. Evaluate existing and future system performance under growth, demand, and climate resilience scenarios. Undertake water supply studies including demand forecasting, network optimization, reservoir sizing, pump station analysis, and pressure management. Undertake sewerage studies including dry weather flow analysis, infiltration/inflow assessment, surcharge analysis, and capacity evaluation. Integrate GIS, survey, asset, and utility data into hydraulic models. Identify network bottlenecks and recommend upgrade, rehabilitation, and expansion measures. Support preparation of master plans, feasibility studies, detailed designs, and technical reports. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including water, wastewater, GIS, civil, and environmental engineers.
