As a Senior Analyst - Credit Products you’ll work closely with Tide’s credit product teams to shape credit product and risk decision making. This role will suit an individual that can operate with a high degree of independence and has hands-on experience of proactively taking initiative to uncover insights from data. As a key member of our team, your role will go beyond merely generating reports; you will be expected to extract meaningful insights from data, enabling informed decision-making that drives our lending strategy. Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Utilise advanced analytics to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets. Focus on analysing lending product performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations. Credit Risk Management: Monitor and optimise key performance indicators (KPIs) related to credit risk. Develop strategies to mitigate risk while supporting business growth. Collaboration with Credit Product Teams: Work closely with product managers and developers to inform and guide the development of new credit products. Use data-driven insights to influence product strategy and design. Reporting & Communication: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Clearly communicate findings and recommendations. Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analytics tools and methodologies.
