Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and year end close processes including consolidation and financial statement preparation, Ensuring that financial statements are completed in a timely and accurate manner Hands-on leadership on global technical accounting, including conducting research and drafting accounting memos on routine and non-routine transactions. Hands-on leadership on building and strengthening internal controls over financial reporting (“ICFRs”) based on the COSO framework. Develop, execute, and maintain global financial systems and processes; drive automation and AI adoption to improve operational efficiency. Drive audit committee meeting agenda and the preparation of meeting materials Work closely with FP&A team on reporting efforts related to senior leadership presentations, budgeting, and monthly forecasting Mentor and develop a high-performing global team. Minimum of 15 years of accounting experience, from a combination of a publicly traded company and PE backed companies with revenue over $300M.
