Undertake conveyor design and analysis using recognised software such as Sidewinder or Belt Analyst, including sizing, power calculations, dynamic assessment and design optimisation. Apply bulk-solids handling principles to bins, chutes, feeders, transfer stations and ore-handling systems to support reliable operation and maintainability. Prepare calculations, equipment specifications, datasheets, scopes of work, technical evaluations and design reports. Lead the design and integration of crushing, screening, conveying, pumping, dewatering, dust-management and ventilation-related systems. Develop practical dust-suppression, extraction and containment solutions for abrasive, high-throughput materials-handling environments. Coordinate civil, structural, electrical, process, controls, ventilation and geotechnical interfaces. Experience producing coordinated deliverables across concept, pre-feasibility, feasibility, detailed design and construction support.
