Employer description & source details
Every organization now runs on identities, devices and, increasingly, AI agents. Someone has to decide who and what gets access to what, and keep it secure. At JumpCloud, that is often a small IT team responsible for an entire workforce across Mac, Windows, Linux and mobile, using one platform in place of several. For them, the experience is the product. A clear view of where experience is going. Users increasingly work through AI assistants, agents and APIs as well as through our interface. You can turn that shift into priorities: what to improve in the UI, what to make AI-assisted, and what to make headless, backed by data. Craft and a high bar. You model the quality bar yourself, give specific and candid feedback, and build the s
