2–5 years in reconciliation, cash applications, billing, audit, accounts payable/receivable, or financial operations. This is a hands-on execution role. Demonstrated experience finding and resolving discrepancies, not just processing transactions. We'll ask you about a number that didn't tie and what you did about it. Strong Excel / Google Sheets: lookups, pivots, text-to-columns, deduplication, and genuine comfort cleaning up badly formatted exports. Strong spoken and written English. You'll speak and write directly to partners in the US and UK, and to colleagues over Slack. Expect this to be assessed. The judgment to know when something is wrong, and the confidence to escalate rather than force a match. High attention to detail, and the ability to run several parallel workflows without losing track of any of them. Comfortable with structured SOPs, but restless about improving them.
