You'll play a key role in managing courier operations in one of the Italian macro-regions. Working at the intersection of data analysis, process improvement, and courier experience, you will build the processes and insights that keep our platform optimal for couriers, users, and partners. Process Optimization: Partner with the Operations Manager to implement improvements that streamline operations and enhance the Glover experience. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and create insightful reports that track operational health and provide visibility into performance. Operational Excellence: Plan and execute initiatives that improve KPIs and optimize operations to deliver a better experience for Glovers and stakeholders. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio, etc.) is a strong plus. Full professional proficiency in Italian and English.
