We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with strong expertise in Agile delivery and exposure to AI/GenAI-enabled ways of working. The role involves leading multiple Agile teams, driving predictable delivery, managing cross-functional dependencies, and improving delivery efficiency through effective processes and AI-enabled tools. The ideal candidate will have strong delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement capabilities. Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple Agile teams and initiatives. Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure clear sprint goals, prioritized backlogs, and predictable execution. Monitor delivery metrics such as velocity, throughput, sprint predictability, and cycle time. Manage dependencies, risks, impediments, and stakeholder escalations. Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, and global stakeholders to align priorities and delivery commitments. Establish effective delivery governance, reporting, and communication cadences. Identify opportunities to leverage AI/GenAI tools for improved planning, documentation, reporting, testing, and productivity. Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, quality, and team effectiveness. Manage resource planning, capacity, and allocation across teams. 12–16 years of experience in technology delivery or program management. 5+ years of experience managing Agile delivery across multiple teams. Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile principles, and scaled Agile practices. Experience managing cross-functional technology teams in a global delivery environment.
