Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Argo CD, or equivalent tools. Provision and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Infrastructure as Code best practices. Deploy and operate production workloads using Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm. Implement monitoring, logging, distributed tracing, alerting, and incident management practices. Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and improve system reliability and performance. Implement cloud security best practices, IAM, secrets management, backup, high availability, and disaster recovery. Develop automation, reusable infrastructure modules, and self-service tools to improve developer productivity. Optimize cloud costs, scalability, and resource utilization. Mentor engineers, document technical decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 8+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE. Strong hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and production environments. Expertise in CI/CD, GitOps, Terraform, and/or CloudFormation. Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm. Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting. Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, or equivalent observability tools. Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, DNS, TLS, IAM, and cloud security, IAM, Access Management Proven production troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical leadership abilities. Experience managing multi-tenant SaaS platforms and internal developer platforms. Knowledge of cloud security automation, compliance, and governance. Experience with high availability, disaster recovery, SRE practices, and cloud cost
