We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team. This is a hybrid role based out of our Santa Clara, CA HQ or Bellevue, WA office (on-site Tuesday–Thursday), reporting to the Head of Technical Recruiting. In this role, you will execute full-cycle recruiting—identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent at Zscaler. By aligning with immediate team priorities and following established selection processes, you will ensure we build strong teams through inclusive and thoughtful execution. Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, ensuring an exceptionally positive candidate experience at every touchpoint Collaborate with hiring managers and leaders to assist in the design and delivery of tailored recruitment strategies that align with immediate team priorities Leverage strategic sourcing methodologies to build and cultivate high-quality candidate pipelines across a variety of critical technical searches in a competitive talent environment Proven hands-on experience with strategic sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, niche tech communities, and advanced search techniques).
