Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites. Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution. Monitor project milestones and proactively resolve site-related challenges. Ensure availability of resources including manpower, materials, and equipment. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation activities. Review construction drawings, BOQs, method statements, and technical specifications. Coordinate with MEP, architectural, planning, and procurement teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Participate in project review meetings and provide progress updates. Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with company standards and project specifications. Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits. Ensure corrective actions are implemented for non-conformance issues. Coordinate with QA/QC teams to maintain documentation and quality records. Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and statutory regulations. Promote a safe working environment through regular safety inspections and toolbox talks. Monitor contractor compliance with safety standards and site procedures. Support implementation of safety initiatives across project sites. Monitor material consumption and project expenditures. Assist in budget tracking and cost control measures. Verify contractor bills, work measurements, and progress claims. Support evaluation of variations, change orders, and project claims.
