As a Solution Architect, you'll serve as the critical link between our customers and engineering team, partnering with technical stakeholders, product teams, and a global user community to deeply understand their data challenges and translate them into scalable, high-impact solutions - playing a pivotal role in shaping our product direction and ensuring lasting customer success. Work at the Frontier of AI + Lakehouse Partner with customers using Databricks to build intelligent data platforms powered by AI agents, contextual knowledge graphs, and modern data pipelines. Help define how GenAI integrates with Databricks, lakehouse architecture, and enterprise data workflows—not just implementing solutions, but shaping the category. Join as an early member of the GTM team with the opportunity to influence architecture standards, customer strategy, and grow into leadership roles as we scale. Your work will directly influence product capabilities, customer success, GTM strategy, and long-term technical direction. Deliver compelling technical demos and architecture discussions showcasing the value of Databricks-based solutions. Design and execute POCs on Databricks, demonstrating clear technical and business value. Guide customers in building scalable pipelines using Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, and lakehouse best practices. Partner closely with customers to ensure smooth implementation, strong adoption, and fast time-to-value. Support customers in optimizing their data platform, identifying expansion opportunities, and driving deeper usage.
