Manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out and refurbishment projects. Develop project schedules, resource plans, procurement plans, and execution strategies. Monitor project progress against timelines, budgets, and quality objectives. Ensure timely mobilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure safe working practices. Manage contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives. Monitor vendor performance, material delivery schedules, and workmanship quality. Resolve site execution issues and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
