We are hiring a Director of Product Management to be accountable for CertifyOs’s Applications portfolio: the customer-facing product suite built on top of our core platform, including Credentialing, Monitoring, and Provider Tools. This portfolio represents the majority of company revenue today and is central to how customers experience the value of CertifyOS. This role is therefore both highly strategic and highly execution-oriented. You will be accountable for shaping the direction of our core applications business, improving the quality and pace of product execution across the portfolio, and helping identify where new product investments can unlock future growth. In addition to leading products across our existing applications, this role will lead our Applied AI investments and help define how CertifyOS uses AI and agentic systems to improve customer workflows, modernize internal operations, and create differentiated product experiences. That includes enhancing existing operational flows such as credentialing, as well as exploring a broader agent-first approach to product and go-to-market over time.
