We are looking for a Senior Manager, Finance Business Transformation to join our team. This is a Hybrid role in Santa Clara, CA reporting to the Vice President, Business Transformation in the Finance department. To support our exponential growth, you will serve as a strategic lead for finance transformation working closely with senior Finance leadership and other cross-functional teams while also supporting post-merger finance integration in a PMO capacity in case of an acquisition. Lead the development of leading practice PMO playbooks and artifacts. Leverage the playbook to manage and track progress of the transformation initiatives, including managing program plans, RAID logs, project documentation, etc. Work with leadership to develop and manage the Transformation Roadmap. Develop business cases for large initiatives, track achievements and support in benefits realization. Deep technical knowledge of end-to-end Finance processes, including Record-to-Report, Source to Pay, Supply Chain, demand planning, FP&A, Quote to Cash, Tax, and Treasury within a fast-paced corporate environment Proficiency in PMO and workflow tools such as Asana, JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow, alongside functional knowledge of enterprise finance systems like NetSuite, Coupa, Salesforce, and Snowflake Prior experience in the technology or SaaS industry specifically supporting cloud-based service offerings, with a deep understanding of industry-specific business and finance processes AI-first mindset with the ability to build and implement end-to-end AI-enabled processes
