CCL is undertaking a major platform transformation to renew its Middle Office and Back Office investment operations capabilities. This includes the migration of core investment operations functionality and the coordination of related integration, data, conversion, and functional workstreams. The Technical Delivery Lead will provide end-to-end technical delivery leadership across the Information Services streams supporting this transformation. This role will create a single coordinated view of technical delivery, dependencies, risks, decisions, and affiliate needs, helping ensure that multiple workstreams operate as one integrated program. This is a senior delivery leadership role for someone who can move confidently between technical detail, delivery execution, stakeholder alignment, and executive-level communication. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to affiliate stakeholders, stream leads, the PMO, and Information Services leadership. End-to-End Technical Delivery Leadership Own the integrated technical delivery view across all Information Services workstreams supporting the Middle Office and Back Office platform transformation. Coordinate delivery across integration, data, conversion, functional, reporting, and related technology streams. Build and maintain a clear view of cross-stream dependencies, risks, milestones, decisions, and delivery priorities. Ensure technical delivery plans are realistic, coordinated, and aligned with business and affiliate outcomes. Identify delivery gaps early and work with stream leads to resolve issues before they impact program momentum. Cross-Stream Coordination and Execution Lead the operating cadence across technical stream leads, including dependency reviews, issue resolution, blockers, and escalation preparation.
