Mobilise and manage the delivery of assigned IT projects, ensuring successful delivery against business requirements, timelines, budgets, and quality objectives. Track project progress and provide regular reporting to stakeholders and leadership teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors, business stakeholders, and technical teams. Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate mitigation and escalation where required. Monitor project budgets and ensure effective financial tracking and reporting. Lead project teams within a matrix environment, providing direction and leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure effective governance and adherence to project management methodologies and standards. Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and external suppliers to ensure successful delivery of project outcomes. Manage supplier performance, vendor relationships, contract adherence, and commercial engagements. Support procurement and tender activities where required. Deliver weekly and monthly project reporting to programme leadership and governance forums. Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Provide coaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to team members where appropriate. Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering large-scale IT projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English. Third-level qualification (degree or diploma) in a relevant discipline. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities, including engagement with senior business and technical stakeholders.
