The EQT Real Estate Summer Internship Programme offers a comprehensive introduction to the real estate industry through real-life exposure to investments and asset management. You’ll be involved in the full investment lifecycle – from acquisition and underwriting to leasing and reporting. The internship runs for 10 weeks, from mid-June to August 2027, and is based in London. Conduct financial analysis to support acquisitions, leasing, financing, and dispositions Assist in preparing Investment Committee materials in collaboration with the legal and diligence teams Contribute to leasing and pipeline updates, as well as quarterly performance reports Support the preparation of marketing materials such as tour cards, pitch decks, and social media content Undertake market research and update templates, trackers, and internal tools Participate in site visits and client meetings We are looking for passionate, curious individuals who are eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a willingness to roll up your sleeves. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Proficiency in Excel is a plus but not required Interest in real estate investment and/or asset management Collaborative mindset and effective time management Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
