As a Lead Value Engineer for Asset & Wealth Management you will architect and drive large-scale AI and data-driven business transformation across the NAM market using the Celonis Context Model. Working alongside local and global VEs, you will combine technical execution with consulting and project management. As a master AI operator, your core mandate is to support complex roadmaps and execute targeted transformation initiatives that improve how these businesses operate across their ecosystems. This is not a standard process optimization role. We are looking for a Lead Value Engineer to own customer success and drive high-stakes SaaS and AI adoption across top-tier global financial institutions and regional banking enterprise accounts. You will serve as the strategic bridge—translating complex financial and operational needs into technical strategy. As a trusted advisor to C-suite executives (CRO, CIO, CFO, Head of Wealth, etc), you will blend deep banking DNA with elite management consulting and an AI-first mindset to realize maximum customer value. Value Architecture: Translate executive banking priorities into high-impact AI use cases (e.g., intelligent credit underwriting, automated fraud mitigation, hyper-personalized wealth advisory) and Value Realization Frameworks. Solution Blueprints: Architect scalable, end-to-end data flows to resolve complex operational bottlenecks across legacy core banking platforms, payment rails, and loan origination pipelines. Financial Quantification: Build data-backed business cases driving $10M+ in OPEX savings, risk reduction, or net-new revenue generation.
