Reporting to the Sage X3 Build Lead, you will join the Finance IS team and contribute to the evolution and continuous improvement of our Sage X3 Finance solution. You will work closely with Finance stakeholders across several areas, including Accounting, Treasury, Controlling, Tax and Consolidation, as well as with other Finance IS team members such as Functional Architects, Developers and the RUN team. You will also act as a Level 3 Sage X3 expert for the RUN team, providing advanced functional and technical expertise when complex incidents or issues require deeper investigation. You will contribute to maintaining and improving the Finance Core Model, ensuring that solutions remain scalable, maintainable and aligned with Sage X3 best practices. As a Techno-Functional Sage X3 expert, you will contribute to the design and implementation of projects and Change Requests related to Sage X3. You will be involved throughout the full lifecycle of the solution, from requirement analysis to implementation, testing, user support and hypercare. Perform functional and technical analysis of business requirements and assess their impact on Sage X3. Analyse and configure Sage X3 interfaces, including Import/Export templates, queries, APIs and integration mechanisms. Work closely with developers when specific developments are required, define the expected functional behaviour and contribute to the technical design and specifications. Prepare and execute functional tests and non-regression tests to ensure solution quality and stability. Prepare and deliver user training on new functionalities and process changes when required.
