Legal Strategy and Leadership: Develop and implement the legal strategy in alignment with business objectives, growth plans, and risk management priorities. SaaS and Technology Law: Advise on legal matters related to SaaS business models, software licensing, subscription agreements, technology partnerships, service-level agreements, data protection, and intellectual property. IPO Readiness: Lead legal preparation for a potential initial public offering, including corporate governance, legal due diligence, documentation, disclosure requirements, and coordination with relevant advisors. Corporate Governance: Establish and maintain effective governance frameworks, board processes, statutory records, and corporate policies in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Commercial Contracting: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage customer agreements, vendor contracts, strategic partnership agreements, and other commercial arrangements. Regulatory Compliance: Monitor applicable legal and regulatory developments and ensure compliance with corporate, commercial, employment, privacy, and other relevant legal requirements. Risk Management: Identify and assess legal and contractual risks, develop mitigation strategies, and advise leadership on potential legal exposure and business implications. Fundraising and Corporate Transactions: Provide legal support for fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, corporate restructuring, and other business transactions as required. Litigation and Dispute Resolution: Oversee legal disputes, claims, arbitration, and litigation in collaboration with external counsel, ensuring effective risk management and resolution.
