Lead and manage end-to-end D365 SCM implementation projects. Conduct business requirement gathering workshops and process mapping sessions with stakeholders. Analyze business processes and recommend best-fit D365 SCM solutions. Configure and implement D365 SCM modules, including: Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), business process documents, and solution documentation. Collaborate closely with technical consultants for customization, integrations, and reporting requirements. Participate in conference room pilots (CRP), UAT, training, and deployment activities. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project team members. Support data migration, testing, cutover planning, and go-live activities. Work directly with clients to address business challenges and ensure successful project delivery. 6+ years of functional consulting experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX. Strong expertise in D365 SCM modules and business processes. Hands-on experience in at least 2-3 full lifecycle D365 SCM implementation projects. Strong understanding of supply chain operations, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and planning processes. Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and user training. Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills. Ability to lead workshops, demonstrations, and business process discussions. Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. Experience in manufacturing, retail, distribution, or logistics industries. Knowledge of Power Platform, Power BI, and reporting solutions.
