ClockIN's paid bounty and mentorship model is built around one rule: the payer should not have to trust that the other person will deliver, and the worker or mentor should not have to trust that payment will appear later.

ClockIN provides the marketplace workflow, transaction records, payment-status surfaces and dispute process. The bounty poster and worker, or mentor and mentee, enter into the underlying work or mentorship arrangement with each other.
ClockIN does not perform the bounty work, provide the mentorship, employ either party, or guarantee a particular commercial, career, learning or hiring outcome.
Where supported marketplace checkout is enabled, payment is intended to be secured through the approved payment provider before protected work or a paid mentorship session proceeds. Secured does not mean released to the payee.
Release follows the applicable completion, review, cancellation and dispute rules. Opening an eligible dispute pauses normal release while the issue is reviewed.
Until ClockIN explicitly shows a transaction as funded or payment secured, neither party should rely on it as a protected paid transaction.
ClockIN may require explicit acceptance of the applicable Bounty Terms or Mentorship Terms at important steps such as publishing, submitting work, booking or accepting a paid session.
The policy version, user, transaction reference, action and acceptance time may be recorded. A funded transaction remains linked to the policy version accepted for that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Money movement is handled through supported payment providers rather than an informal ClockIN cash wallet. A mentor, bounty worker or other payee may need provider onboarding, KYC, tax or payout information before funds can be settled.
Provider availability, settlement speed, chargeback handling and payout methods can vary by country. Clock Coins are separate participation credits and are not cash, escrow, deposits or withdrawable balances.
Payment secures access to the agreed work or service under the applicable rules. It does not guarantee that a bounty will produce a business result, that mentorship will produce a job or promotion, or that either party will agree with subjective feedback.
Quality concerns can affect ratings and may support a dispute when they map to an objective promise, acceptance criterion or clear non-delivery. Subjective dissatisfaction alone does not automatically create a refund right beyond rights provided by applicable law.
